An Afternoon of Bliss
Join Carmel and myself for "An Afternoon of Bliss" on Sunday 5th of October 2025, from 13:30 to 17:30 at South Studio, The Retreat New Forest. This special afternoon includes gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra/Chakra Meditation, Breathwork & a Sound Bath, offering a holistic approach to wellbeing.

What to Expect
The afternoon begins with Dru yoga, a graceful and potent form of yoga that harmonises mind, body and spirit through flowing movements, directed breath, and visualisation. This is followed by a guided meditation to soothe and quieten your mind. After a tea & coffee break, you'll learn calming functional Breathwork techniques applicable in daily life for stress management. The day culminates in a Sound Bath, reducing stress & anxiety and improving sleep.
