Evening group Sound Baths  - a roll mat, blanket & bolster is provided. Please wear warm comfy clothes &  socks, bring a pillow and maybe an additional blanket to make sure you are warm– the body temperature can drop quite a bit during a Sound Bath.

BROCKENHURST - Early chill into the Weekend Sound Baths - please bring your own roll mat, pillow & blanket.
