Midweek Reset & Relaxation Class

Wednesday is the perfect time to pause & check in with yourself.

So many of us these day struggle with constant 'to do' lists of managing work & home life that we can often end up feeling stressed, low in energy and find our sleep is disrupted.

Learning techniques to relax has never been more essential! Focusing on a different topic each week, I guide you through gentle breathwork exercises to allow you to return to a state of calm & balance. I then use down regulation techniques such as a guided meditation and/or using Sound Bowls to help to quieten your mind & leave feeling rested and restored. 

Ideal for anyone needing some stress relief, feeling that you have no time to yourself or just want to introduce an hour of calm into the week. Learn techniques that you can use in daily life whilst soothing the nervous system into relaxation.

You don't need to have breathwork experience, everything is very gentle.
